A Typical Office Visit
Your time is precious, so we carefully space appointment times to give you the individual attention and care you need, in an efficient manner. We aim to see you within 5 minutes of your appointment time. You'll be greeted by Debbie and you'll head back to the adjusting room with Dr. Murray. This is your time--share how you've been feeling since your last appointment. Have new symptoms appeared--even if they don't seem related to your chiropractic care (like a tummy ache)?
Dr. Murray will discuss your progress and adjust you. He may also suggest complimentary things that you can do on your own to improve your condition--like exercises, stretches or heat/cold therapy.
After your adjustment, therapies may be used to improve and speed recovery. Normal appointments last from 20 to 30 minutes.
